2) Membership Record Climbed to 1716

Since breaking last year's record of 1600 members, membership has
climbed to 1718. Help us achieve 2000. See our membership list:
http://www.80-20initiative.net/memberlist2003.html.

3) Proposition 54 in California's Special Election on 10/7

80-20 has not studied Proposition 54. However, we note that most of
the APA organizations in CA which 80-20 respects are opposed to it.

4) Media Reports On 80-20

Village Voice, a well known East Coast weekly paper will publish a
long article on 80-20 in its coming Wednesday issue. For those who
read Chinese, World Journal has a good article on 80-20 recently:

5) Subscribe to The World Journal? Singtao? Chao Pao?

If you live in either LA or SF and subscribe to one of the above AND
have a fax machine, please help S. B. Woo out. He needs timely
awareness of news articles to politically empower our community
effectively. Please get in touch with him via sbw@udel.edu. Thanks.
